How to use the order form

Please read the following instructions on how to use the online order form for your transfer reservation or inquiry:

  • You may use this form either to place an order or to send an inquiry.
  • The order form consists of two steps: Transfer details will be registered in step one. Step two indicates who placed the order (as passenger and customer do not necessarily have to be the same person, e. g. a secretary placing an order for the chief executive). Both steps are necessary to complete and place the order successfully, but for step two only “surname”, “phone number” and “email-address” are required fields.
  • In order to ensure a successful data transfer, please fill in the required fields which are marked with *. We assure you to treat your data as strictly confidential and we exclusively use it to handle the order.
  • If you like us to meet you at an airport, please tell us where you will come from (place of departure) and the flight number, too.
  • We need your online reservation at least 24 hours before the actual transfer.
  • Your order is not binding until you received our confirmation by e-mail. (The automatically generated e-mail which only summarises your order and shows that we received it, is not binding)
  • For recognition: On public places (such as airports, railway stations …) we use signs with your company name and logo to find you and your guests easily.
